A journey through the unseen landscapes of grief and the soul’s quiet evolution.
Healing Through the Veil is a sanctuary for those navigating the tender space between loss and transformation. Through reflective storytelling, intuitive insight, and guided meditations, the podcast explores the human and spiritual dimensions of grief, how love continues, how signs and synchronicities speak to us, and how the heart learns to live in new ways after someone we love has crossed the veil.
Born from Cristina’s own experience of losing her husband, this space holds deep compassion for the quiet, courageous journey of rebuilding life with both grief and grace. Each episode invites listeners to slow down, feel supported, and discover that healing is not about leaving love behind, but allowing it to guide us into the quiet evolution of the soul.

S1.EP11: Integration - Completing the Arc
Sunday Feb 08, 2026
Sunday Feb 08, 2026
Healing does not move in straight lines.
It moves in waves.
After insight, after breakthroughs, after courage, there is always a quieter phase, the one where the body catches up, the soul exhales, and the old layers begin to fall away.
This episode is the closing of The Inner Crossing trilogy.
A pause.
A breath.
A moment of integration.
If you’ve been feeling low, tender, tired, or confused after doing deep inner work, this episode is here to normalize that experience. Integration is not a step backward. It is the body and spirit weaving what you’ve learned into who you are becoming.
In this episode, Cristina speaks about:
- why healing often feels heavier after growth
- how grief resurfaces during integration, not because you are failing, but because you are shedding
- how to honor the wave instead of resisting it
- and how rest is part of becoming
Includes a gentle grounding meditation and embodied reflection to help you land softly after the journey.
This is not the end of healing.
It is the completion of the arc.
